Facility Rental Rates & Catering Estimates

Hill Manor accommodates parties from 10 to 250 guests.

Saturday Site Rental: $2000

Friday/Sunday Site Rental: $1600

Catering beginning at $14.95/person

Rental rate includes rental of the house and grounds from 11am to midnight, two dressing rooms, and free parking.  Catering orders include glass plates, stainless steel flatware, fresh flowers and greenery on the buffet.

(Rates quoted include the minimum catering order.  Prices will increase with additional catering. A 20% service charge is added to catering. Hill Manor accommodates parties for up to 250 guests. For additional rate estimates please contact our office.)
